"Station" is excellent, a strong early version of a Russian Circles album which they have since improved on with "Geneva," "Empros" (), except for the final vocal track, and the new "Guidance" (). "Memorial" () was a misstep, but now the band is back on track. Russian Circles is on tour this Fall, and I hope to see them in October/5(49).

  7. 3rd album from Russian Circles lives up to the hype! I'd describe this band as a nice mixture of Pelican, Explosions in the Sky and Red Sparowes, leaning a bit towards the Pelican. But they explore nuance and open space in a way that Pelican doesn't do as much anymore/5(28).
